不入虎穴焉得虎子(bù rù hǔ xué,yān dé hǔ zǐ):translated as “How do you catch the tiger cub without entering the tiger’s lair? ”, refers to “no venture, no gain”.

*** Make a proactive choice to challenge yourself! ***

We all face challenges, at work, or in personal life; typical response is fight or flight which may serve us in different ways to survive.

How about pick up some challenges with proactivity? Instead of playing it safe, step out of your comfort zone, try something new or go on an adventure. Sometimes the outcome is surprisingly transformational.

Why?

When you CHOOSE to challenge yourself:

- It’s driven by your motivation not external conditions.

- You are mentally prepared and logically planned.

- The strategy is outlined rationally and considered without surviving pressure.

- The execution happens within a safer and more transparent space.

- No matter what the outcome is, it’s a learning process and growth opportunity. Because it’s all about thriving.

What’s your next adventure?
